If there's one thing I hope all parents can all agree on, it's a love for Big Bird. (There are certainly more polarizing muppets, but Big Bird isn't one of them.)
CMP has long loved Kiwi Industries for its supersoft, organic, made-in-the-USA kids' clothing. But the company is also a standout for its vibrant, artsy-abstract yet totally recognizable interpretations of beloved Sesame Street characters.
If you're a Muppets fan like we are, it's kind of hard to resist a modern, deconstructed graphic interpretation of Ernie and Bert for your kids' walls.
I still remember the first time I saw Kevin Clash, the man behind Elmo, on a TV show--and I couldn't believe my ears. When knew a big guy like Kevin was the voice of the lovable--and, yes, sometimes annoying--little red guy on Sesame Street.
My kids love Sesame Street. Hey, I love Sesame Street. So we have a lot of Sesame Street decorations around our house--if by decorations we mean random books on the floor and half-dressed Muppet dolls.
I admit that I'm a complete sucker for most things Sesame Street, even since my kids have outgrown it.
