Know an inspiring mom? Something tells us you do.

I'm of the mindset that nearly every mom I know inspires me in some way. Even so, there are some that simply live in a way that is inspirational to many. That's why I'm so excited that our friends at mom-run Tea Collection have created the Inspiring Mom Awards--and equally excited that I get to be a judge, and give out a veddy veddy nice prize indeed.

The Tea Collection Inspiring Mom Awards is intended to honor mothers in three categories: Entrepreneur, Making a Difference, and Globe Trotter. It's so perfect, considering Tea was founded by a globetrotting, difference-making, entrepreneurial mom herself who's totally dedicated to paying it forward.

Of course I'd like to nominate every single woman who's a part of Cool Mom Picks, but I'm not allowed. So you'll have to do the nominating.

Just click over to the Facebook page today (you've only got until 10/23) and fill out a simple form, telling us who you're nominating and why. The winner will get some really nice recognition, $1000 to the charity of her choice, and everyone nominating someone will be entered to win a $250 gift card to Tea.  

I'll be judging the mompreneur category along with Ali Wing of Giggle; while other judges include Jeannine Harvey of the ONE moms campaign, Special Ed teacher Marie Muscardini, Caren McCormack of Kilgoris Project, and Stella Ma of Little Passports.
