I remember when my first child was born. My husband and I agonized over what kind of stroller we should get. We were initially quite pleased with our trendy choice, but if we knew then what we know now, we certainly wouldn't have bought the one we did. It was expensive, it was big, and it took up pretty much all of our tiny one-bedroom apartment.
The new Maxi Cosi Mila stroller will fit the bill for so many parents. It's cute. It's compact. And it's affordable. Plus, it even has adapters for the Maxi Cosi car seat, so you can use it from birth right on up until your kid outgrows a stroller--which they say is 50 pounds, so if you make skinny kids like I do, you'll really get your money's worth.

$250 for what looks like an umbrella stroller. You have a different definition of affordable than most people.
I agree! I was going to forward this to my friend who is looking for an umbrella stroller but $250 is a bit expensive for a second stroller.
This looks and sounds very similar to my Peg Perego Si.
For a second stroller, Yes it's very expensive. How ever I believe that if you read the article again she was not talking about getting it as a second but as a first. As a mother that had money issues at the time, buying a graco travel system was a bit daunting. This stroller would have been a nice alternative.
Whoa! $250? That's about twice what I spent on our whole stroller travel system!
