Eye-Fi with my little eye

With three kids, there's always a photo op that I am dying to capture but even while I'm never without my digital camera, I'm lousy at remembering to upload all those pictures. Next thing you know it's July and I'm sending out holiday pics.
Eye-Fi is exactly what I need. It is--get this--a wireless
SD memory card. Wireless. Hello, genius!
It replaces the memory card currently in your camera, and after you configure the Eye-Fi Manager on your computer (don't worry, it's a breeze), you pop in the card, take a picture and watch it magically appear on your computer. Better yet, you can automatically send your photos to sites like Flickr, Photobucket, and Facebook.
But it gets better. Because today (today!) Eye-Fi releases their
new video cards, capable of taking video from your camera of baby's first steps or that game-winning soccer goal and sending it right to You Tube or to your own computer for you to share with the grandparents.
Or, if your family is like ours, it's a video of your daughter shaking her bare booty as she sings Hakuna Matata.
