Little Green Thumbs

There's no better way to honor Earth Day than to grow something. Anything. That is, something besides mold on the expired sour cream in the back of the fridge. Or is that just me?

We love this Edible Indoor Mini Garden from delight.com. Besides looking fabulous (and thankfully, small) It's a great little project that the kids can help out with. In just three days, they'll have four edible baby greens that they're way more likely to eat than whatever you normally try to hide in their food. Bonus!  -Liz
