I've always found something really homey about employing the fridge as a magnetic board for family photos and postcards. But with the ridiculous assortment of magnets we end up accumulating it ends up looking less like a gallery and more like a bulletin board in the college dorm.
So I really like the magnetic photo rope from Photojojo. The teeny magnets--teeny enough that you should consider whether your kids are old enough not to eat them--keep eight photos or your favorite holiday cards snug against the fridge, and a weighted bottom keeps it from swinging around every time you sneak to the fridge at night to "even out" the remaining cheesecake in there.
I figure with the amount of time I spend at the refrigerator door, I might as well like what I see outside of it too. -Liz
