Oh The Things That You Will Cook

It's not often I find a cookbook that actually motivates me to cook something.

Make that never.

But the new Green Eggs and Ham Cookbook by Georgeanne Brennan (and Dr. Seuss) certainly did the trick. Inspired by the wonderfully creative Dr. Seuss books, this cookbook is filled with pictures and recipes that might get even the pickiest eater asking for more. What kid wouldn't eat a Schlott's Knot or take a swig of Moose Juice, if only on a dare?

Perhaps even better, it will get your children into helping you out around the kitchen--or with that chore that in my house can be loosely referred to as "cooking." -Kristen
